Why is Mental Health so crucial as a Student-Athlete?

Mental health in athletes is something a lot of people tend to look over. For me personally as a Student-Athlete about 85% of the game is mental. For me I have to have a good mentality to be able to perform well and I think that is the case for most athletes. It is important to have good routines mentally.
